enter "Education Course Information" in the Subject line and
include your name, agency name, address and phone number in
the body of the e-mail.
Note:
When renewing your license, you must have fewer than 50% of
your total 15 accumulated credits in "Limited Courses" to
satisfy NYS Continuing Ed. Law. Check the course number in the
brochure containing either NYCR (regular) or NYCL (limited).
